Ingredients or pink kaolin clay, himalayan salt, magnesium, coconut milk powder, distilled lime, cypress, and sweet orange.

How to use:
Roll on temples, sides of neck, forehead, or back on neck
Breathe deeply.
You can also rub over the liver area, as often times headaches can stem from the liver.
