What is your return policy?
Due to the small batch handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, in stating that, we want you be 100% content with your purchase. If you are genuinely not happy with your purchase please contact us and we will try to fix it to the best of our ability. You matter to us, and we are grateful.

It's important to note that we are working with safe and skin loving botanicals, however some people are extra sensitive to essential oils and herbs. Please be aware of your sensitivities, and if you are pregnant or nursing please discuss essential oil usage with your physician. 

Do you ship your products?
At this time, we ship to Canada and the USA, if you are located outside of these countries please contact us to arrange shipping.

We ship 2 days per week, and we are very good at getting orders out as soon as possible.

Do you accept Wholesale Customers?
We do! We love supplying other shops with Pranic Forest products, so please feel free to contact us and tell us a bit about you, your location, and your shop.

Pending approval, you will soon have access to our Pranic Forest wholesale shop.
